• Temporary Staffing Solutions - candidates placed on a contract basis with payroll and benefits handled through our organization.
• High Speed Hiring Solutions - services dramatically cuts cycle time by utilizing targeted search.
• Consultative Service – programs include hiring processes, training for managers, recruiters and sales staff for a variety of topics including employee retention, effective hiring, sales training, interviewing techniques and custom tailored programs.

Our Processes
Schaper Associates utilizes a systematic process to ensure that our Clients have the proper staffing to meet their goals and that we are obtaining the absolute best job candidates for our clients.

• Step 1 - Identify Client Goals
We conduct an extensive discussion with our Client to determine their goals including company history, previous hiring practices, and financial goals, discussion of competition, industry trends, company philosophy, and work environment. Where required we assist our clients in forecasting staffing requirements to meet their goals based upon industry metrics.

• Step 2 - Prepare Job Order and Targeted Recruiting Plan
Working with our Client we prepare a job order including detailed job description, location, work environment, salary requirements, benefits, etc. This includes education and experience requirements for the Candidates as well as personality and work traits desired. We work with our Client to identify their top performers in this position to benchmark Candidates against.

We work with our Client to develop a targeted recruiting plan including competitors, targeted source companies, as well as industry specific companies.

Prior to beginning our job search we deliver our job description and list of target source companies to our Client for review. We then have a final review with our Client prior to our search.

• Step 3 - Targeted Recruiting
Researchers are assigned to the specific project along with a designated recruiter and account manager.
Researcher identifies list of potential candidates over 7-10 days, utilizing internal database as well as targeted source companies.
Recruiter conducts an initial screen of all potential candidates.
Potential Candidates answer initial screening questionnaire to determine suitability including work and salary history, personality traits, work style, etc.

Personality profile testing is given to short list of Candidates.
We begin the process of proactively marketing our Client's organization to the Candidate.
Final screening is done by recruiter and list of 3-5 of the best candidates are presented to Client.

• Step 4 - Interviewing and Selection
Client interviews selected candidates.
Account manager prepares each Candidate and our Client prior to each interview.

Recruiting staff identifies additional candidates if the list of Candidates does not meet the Clients initial screening.
Account manager debriefs both Client and Candidate within 24 hours after interview to determine mutual level of interest.
Additional interviews are arranged.
Client and account manager determine which candidates are potential hires.

• Step 5 - Closing
The account manager and the Client determine best approach to close the Candidate. Discussions occur on compensation include base pay, bonus structure, stock options, as well as sign on bonuses. We work with the Client to determine an appropriate offer for the Candidate.
Detailed reference checks are conducted by account manager for potential new hire.

Background checks are performed for potential new hire.
We proactively prepare both Candidate and Client for a counteroffer.
Verbal and written offer are extended to Candidate by us on behalf of our Client. Account manager works with Candidate and Client to resolve any issues.

Upon Candidate acceptance account manager communicates the date of acceptance and start date to both the Candidate and Client.
After acceptance and after start date Schaper Associates remains in close contact with our Client and Candidate to ensure a smooth transition.
